he lives and works in london since like 80s. and the book was published by an English publishing house — Coronet Books. also, if you geographically “Ireland is the second-largest island of the British Isles”. so no matter how you look at it, it’s british. i didn’t tag it as “english” now did i? or “from the UK”. =___=

The whole ‘British Isles’ thing is political dynamite, best left to one side.
This is far from the most Earth-shattering issue, I concede that. However, the description has the story beginning in Ireland, with the main character being Irish, and the decisive/formative event occurring in Ireland.
As for Graham himself, he was born, grew up, educated, and owns a home in Ireland (Cork family). He also self-identifies as Irish.
Concerning working in London; I know some lovely British people who earn their living in Ireland; they’re still British, of course.
As I say, not the end of the world, and such designations are the uploader’s privilege.

you probably won’t see it since i’m typing it like weeks later but you caught me on a bad day and this is an issue that is very close to my heart so i can see i was somewhat passive-aggressive about it.
i added the tag irish as well, cause honestly, regardless of my thoughts and feelings on the matter, the tags don’t really matter in the grand scheme of things but they might help smb find the book easier.
