Downloaders have been stuck at 80.3% for a week. It looks like this book has never been fully seeded.

I seeded it to 100% when I first uploaded it. I can only think the people who got it stopped seeding very quickly, which is why soon the remaining seeder was only at 80%. I seeded it again tonight. Here is a screenshot: https://i.ibb.co/rpHLMB6/image.png Most of the leechers hit 100% pretty quickly after I started seeding.
I’ve only been seeding to a 4.0 ratio because my ISP implemented a data cap I have to be careful of. I can seed the next ones longer, but it might mean I won’t be able to upload more books.
